It’s a quiet enough area for an engineering firm like Ballal Engineering but the traffic near Balkeshwar can get a bit crazy during the festive seasons. We spend most of our time dealing with technical drawings and machine parts that people bring in. The building itself is an older one and it has that specific smell of grease and metal that you find in places like this. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing cricket right outside the entrance so we have to be careful when we’re pulling the trucks in or out. It’s a family-run kind of vibe where everyone knows who is who. We don’t really have a big sign or anything flashy because most people know where to find us anyway.
