SHINING BUILDTECH LLP is based at C-2/37 in the Vikas Market area of Kamla Nagar in Agra. If you know Agra, you know how busy the markets can get, especially around Kamla Nagar. It’s a lot of shops and people everywhere. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We’ve been at this 282005 address for a while and we’re used to the way the market operates. It’s a practical place for us because everything we need is right there. We spend our time talking to clients and looking at construction plans. Since we are in a market, there’s always someone stopping by to ask a question or just to say hello. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish. Our desks are usually covered in papers and pens, and there’s always a smell of tea in the air. We focus on buildtech stuff, which means a lot of technical details that we have to keep track of every day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic outside and the phones ringing, but that’s just how it is in Kamla Nagar. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just work here and try to keep our projects on track. It’s a local business and we like being part of the Vikas Market crowd. It is a busy life but it keeps us on our toes.
