Our office for SECURELAND BUILDTECH LLP is over in Nehru Nagar Apartment, right on the second floor at Flat No 106 C. If you are familiar with Gandhi Nagar in Agra, you know it is a busy spot. We have been operating from here for a bit, focusing on building projects around the city. Agra is a place that is always growing, and we are just a small part of that. Being on the second floor means we get a decent view of the street, but it also means carrying a lot of papers up and down those stairs. We don’t really do the big corporate show. We are just a group of people who understand how land and buildings work in Uttar Pradesh. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the local rules, but we just take it one day at a time. Usually, the phone is ringing off the hook or someone is dropping by to talk about a plot of land. We keep our coffee pot going all day because the mornings start early. It is not always pretty work, dealing with contractors and site issues, but it is what we know. We aren't fancy, and our desks are usually cluttered with blueprints and tea cups. People come to us because we have lived here and we know the neighborhoods. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how long it is going to take to finish it.
