Our spot is right across from the Syndicate Bank in Ramnagar Khandauli, over in Agra. It’s a busy area and the noise from the street comes right into the office most days. We don't have a polished corporate setup. It is just a room with some chairs and a table where we look at the engineering drawings. Agra heat is no joke, so we usually try to get to the construction sites very early. By noon, everything is baking. We deal with all sorts of building projects around here. It involves a lot of talking to local suppliers for sand and gravel. Sometimes the materials show up late, and we just have to sit and wait. We aren't into big speeches about what we do. We just build things. The floors in the office are always a bit dusty from people coming in from the sites. We keep a cooler of water in the corner because you need it. The laborers stop by in the morning to get their instructions for the day. It can be loud and a bit chaotic, but we manage to get things done. We've been in this part of Agra for a while now. Most people find us just by looking for the bank across the road. We don't use much technology besides our phones and some basic tools to measure things. It's just honest, hard work every day. We close up when the sun sets and the traffic starts to thin out.
