Sai Travels & Communication

We are located at Shop No- 3 in the E-1 section of the Bye Pass Road. It’s right near the Anjuman Hotel in Kamla Nagar. Sai Travels & Communication is a bit of a mix, as the name says. We started out small and stayed that way. Most people in Kamla Nagar know where we are. It’s a convenient spot because of the highway access. We spend a lot of time on the phone, hence the communication part of the business. It’s mostly about coordinating where the drivers are and when the next person needs a lift. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when three things happen at once, but we manage. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space to get work done. We don't use fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we can do and what the price is. The Bye Pass Road is always noisy, so we’ve gotten used to talking over the sound of trucks. It’s a regular life. We check the oil, we talk to the customers, and we make sure the drivers are awake and ready. Being near the hotel means we see people from all over. Some are just passing through, others live right down the street. We treat everyone the same, just trying to be useful and keep the cars on the road every day. We enjoy the work and the people we meet here.
