Our Indian Trip

Our Indian Trip is located in Jangjeet Nagar, specifically at 31A/106 on Shamasabad Road. It’s a simple office with a couple of desks and some maps pinned to the walls. We’ve been here for some time now. The street outside is always full of life, with people walking to the market and rickshaws honking. We spend most of our day on the phone or typing on the computers. People come in to ask about train tickets or how to get to the mountains. We don't have any glossy brochures to hand out. We just tell them what we know from our own experience. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who like talking about travel. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and chat until it comes back on. The office isn't very big, so if more than a couple of customers show up at once, it gets a bit crowded. We have an old ceiling fan that squeaks, but we don't really notice it anymore. Shamasabad Road is a busy place to work, but it’s nice being in a local neighborhood like Jangjeet Nagar. We know the people at the tea stall and the stationery shop. It’s a regular life. We just help people plan their trips and hope they have a good time. It’s about getting people from one place to another without too much trouble.
