We’ve been operating Taj Mahal Tour Holidays out of Jyoti Nagar for a while now. Shaheed Nagar is a busy area, and our spot at 28/A-17 is where we handle all the bookings and paperwork. It’s not a big corporate setup, just us and a couple of phones. We help people figure out their trips when they arrive in Agra. Most people just want to see the Taj and then leave, but we try to help them see a bit more if they have time. The traffic around here can be pretty bad in the afternoons, so we usually tell people to start their tours early. My cousin helped me set this up a few years back. We aren't always the fastest at replying to every single email right away because we’re often out meeting drivers or checking on things. It gets quite hot in the summer, which makes the work a bit slower, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. New shops opening up and old ones closing down. We just stay here in our little office and do what we do. It’s a decent living, and we get to talk to folks from all over. Sometimes things go wrong with the cars or the weather, and we just have to fix it as we go.
