Our small office is tucked away in JP Colony, specifically at 51/11G/2Q in West Arjun Nagar, Agra. It’s not in the middle of the tourist district, which we actually prefer because it’s a bit calmer. We spend most of our time planning routes and talking to tourists who want to see more than just the Taj Mahal. Since we are in a residential area, the office feels more like a house. We have a few maps on the table and some folders with different tour details. It’s just a few of us here. We don't use flashy advertisements. Most people find us because someone else told them we were helpful. Agra can be a very hectic city for visitors, so we try to make things a bit easier for them to manage. Sometimes we have to go out to the railway station or meet people at their hotels to hand over tickets. It’s a lot of running around in the heat. We don't have a fleet of luxury buses, just a few reliable cars and drivers who know the backroads. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. We’ve lived in Agra all our lives, so we know the city pretty well and just share what we know with the people who visit. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a way to help people get around while making a living. We keep our notes in handwritten books and stay on the phone a lot.
