R K Hair Dreser is located right in the Main Market of Dayal Bagh. We are quite close to Pupanjali, so it’s easy to find us if you’re walking through the area. Agra is a busy city, and this market is no different. We have a small shop that has been here for years. The sign outside might have a bit of a spelling mistake, but we never bothered to change it because everyone knows who we are. Inside, it’s a very traditional setup. We have the wooden drawers for our tools and the big chairs that lean back for a shave. It’s mostly local men from the Dayal Bagh area who stop by. We aren't a place for fancy styling or expensive treatments. We just offer a solid haircut and a clean shave. The floors are stone, and we sweep them after every customer. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because the shop opens right onto the market street, but that’s just how it is here. We listen to the radio or just talk to the regulars while we work. There’s no pressure to be anything other than a neighborhood barber shop. We’ve seen kids grow up and start bringing their own children here. It’s a small part of the community, and we like it that way. No big plans, just keeping the shop open and the scissors moving every day for the people who need it.
