Prateek Land & Housing Private Limited is over in the Kalwari area of Shahaganj in Agra. Our office is at House No. 1 in the Hari Nagar II Colony. It is a pretty easy place to find once you get into the colony. We are not a big company with a glass building. It is just a practical space where we manage our land and housing projects. There are usually maps spread out over the tables and a few old computers that we use for the official stuff. Living and working in Agra means dealing with a lot of dust and heat, but we have been here long enough that we don’t mind it much. We spend most of our time talking to locals and looking at property sites nearby. We don’t use any of those big corporate phrases or try to sound like we are something we aren’t. It is just a few of us trying to do a decent job for the people who come to see us at House No. 1. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and things take longer than we want, but that is just how it goes with land deals. We like being in Hari Nagar II because it is a settled area and we know our neighbors. If someone has a question about a plot, they just walk in and ask. We keep it simple and honest. We’ve been here for years and know the Shahaganj streets by heart.
