OCTC Developers is located in Agra, at 205 Pushpanjali Tower in the Extension area. The company is connected to the family of O P Agarwal, and we have been in the local development scene for a while now. Being in a place like Agra means dealing with a lot of specific rules and the intense summer heat, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our office in the tower is a simple place where we handle the accounts and the permits. Most of our time is actually spent out at different sites, making sure the foundations are being poured correctly and the materials are what they should be.
