Nissan Tours. Our place is situated in Taj Nagari, right behind the Radisson Hotel in Agra. It’s a good location because we are so close to the main tourist area, yet tucked away a little bit. We spend a lot of time helping people who are visiting the city. Usually, they want to see the Taj Mahal or head over to the Fort, and we help arrange the transport for that. It’s not a complicated business, but it requires a lot of attention to detail to make sure everything runs on time. The office is often full of maps and schedules scattered around. We have a small crew, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or talking to a driver about a specific route. Some days are very long, especially when there are a lot of visitors in town, but we keep at it. We’ve seen the area around Taj Nagari change a lot over the years with more hotels and shops popping up. Our focus stays the same, though. We just want to provide a way for people to get around without a lot of fuss. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just rely on being there at our desk behind the hotel, ready to help whoever walks in or calls us up.
