Navdeep Construction LLP is based at D-51 in Kamla Nagar, Agra. If you know Agra, you know Kamla Nagar is a lively place with plenty of things happening at all hours. Our office is a bit small, but it’s got everything we need to keep the business running. We have a couple of desks, a computer that’s a few years too old, and a lot of files. Most of our work happens on the streets and at the construction sites rather than behind a desk. We spend a lot of time talking to laborers and checking on the progress of our walls and foundations. The heat in Agra can be really tough in the summer, so we all end up pretty worn out by the afternoon. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, whoever is closest just does it. We’ve had projects all over the city, and we know the local landscape pretty well. We aren't the biggest construction company in the world, but we take our work seriously. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to order enough sand, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just the reality of the job. We don't put on an act for anyone. We’re just a local Agra business trying to get our projects finished on time and move on to the next one. It’s a lot of long days and muddy boots, but it’s what we know.
