You can find our shop at F-103 in the Kamla Nagar area of Agra. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops, and we are right there in the mix. We deal with buildware, which means we sell things like tiles, sanitary items, and other stuff people need when they are building or fixing up their homes. Our store is quite full of samples and stock, so it can feel a bit crowded at times. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning and bright lights. It’s just a practical place where people can come to see the materials and get what they need. Agra is a fast-paced city, and we do our best to keep up with the demand. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just walk in because they are already in the area or someone told them about us. We try to be honest about what products are good and which ones might not last as long. Sometimes shipments get delayed, and we have to explain that to our customers, which isn't always fun. It’s just a small team of us working here. We handle the lifting, the selling, and the cleaning. We aren't a big corporate chain; we are just a local business trying to provide for our families. It’s a lot of work, but we like talking to the customers every day and hearing about their home projects.
