Our business, Mpdsh Farmer Producer Company Limited, is out in Samsabad. Specifically, we are in Village Nagla Sadibadobra Kalan. It is a mouthful to say, but it is home for us. We are a farmer producer company, so we are all about the local agriculture here. We work together as a group of farmers to manage our produce and help each other out. Samsabad is a good area for what we do, and being in Nagla Sadibadobra Kalan keeps us close to the fields. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. Usually, we are out where the crops are, or meeting at one of the houses in the village to talk business. It is very informal but the work is serious. We care about the soil and the harvests because that is our livelihood. We are not interested in sounding corporate or using big business words. We just talk like we always do. Farming is unpredictable. Some years are great and some are a struggle. By being a company, we can weather the bad years a little better.
