We are located right on Panwari Road, not too far from Rozer Export. It’s a busy enough spot near Hira Lal Ki Pyau. Ashok Kumar’s place is where we set things up for Mani Ram Singh Developer Private Limited. It’s basically a local operation. We don’t have those shiny glass windows you see in the big cities. Our office is more of a practical space. There's usually a lot of noise from the road and the heat can be something else during June. Most of our days are spent checking on projects around Agra. We’ve got a small crew and we’ve known most of them for years. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the landmarks like the pyau. We deal with the usual headaches of construction, like when the rain starts and everything gets muddy. We try to stay organized but with so much going on, there’s always something that needs fixing. People around here just call us for whatever building needs they have. We don't spend money on ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get by. Sometimes we sit under the shade of the trees near the site to discuss the next steps. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before it gets too late.
