We are based out of G-9 in the Ram Raghu Exotica building, which sits right on Shamsabad Road. It’s a fairly active part of Agra with a lot of new construction happening lately. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where we handle all the logistics for trips across the country. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails from people planning their holidays. It can get a bit stressful when a train is delayed or a hotel booking has a glitch, but we just deal with it as it comes. We have a small team of people here who have been working together for quite some time now. We keep a lot of files and schedules on our desks, and there is always someone coming in or out. Shamsabad Road is a convenient location because it’s easy for our drivers to find us. We don't really go for any of that polished corporate talk. We just want to make sure that the people who book with us actually get to see the places they want to see without too much trouble. Sometimes we have to stay late to sort out a travel plan for the next morning. It’s just the way the business works. We know the local area well and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone involved. It's a lot of coordination and simple hard work to keep things moving.
