We are located in Bhurigarhi Tehu, which is a bit of a distance from the main city of Agra. Lakhmi Singh is the one running things from his house. We don’t have a fancy storefront with lights. It’s just a place where farmers come to talk about their grain and their vegetables. Agra might be famous for other things, but for us, it’s all about the land in 283201. We decided to form this company so we wouldn't have to rely on middlemen who take all the profit. It’s been a learning process for all of us. None of us are businessmen by trade. We are just people who know how to grow things. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing and we have to ask for help, but we are getting better at it. The days are long, starting before the sun is even up. We check the fields, talk to the laborers, and figure out how to get the crops to the market. It’s a lot of dusty work and sometimes the machines don't want to start. We don't have any big slogans. We just want to make sure the work we do pays off for our families. If you’re ever out this way near Tehu, you’ll see us working. We keep it simple and focus on what’s in front of us. It’s just the way things are done in our village. There are no shortcuts when it comes to farming.
