Kheria Buildcon Private Limited has its office at Flat No. 101 in the Royal Residency. We are located at 129, Kanchan Bagh. Working out of an apartment building is actually pretty convenient for us because it keeps things quiet so we can focus on the technical parts of the build plans. Kanchan Bagh is a nice area and we have gotten to know a lot of the residents who live nearby. Most of our work happens on sites scattered across the city, but this is where we come to do the paperwork and take meetings. It is not a huge space, but we have managed to fit in everything we need to run things properly. We don’t have a lot of corporate fluff going on here. When people come to talk about their projects, we just sit down and look at the numbers and the dirt. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep our side of things organized. You might find some dust on the shelves, but the drawings are always clean and ready to go. We have been at this for a bit now, learning the quirks of local building rules and how to get things done without too much fuss. It is just a few of us making sure everything runs as smooth as possible for the crews out in the field. If you are ever around Kanchan Bagh, you can find us in the residency. We are usually around.
