Kat Constructions Private Limited has its office at 38/4-B, 1-F in the Friends Center. Sanjay Place is a pretty busy spot in Agra, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been in the construction business for quite a while now. It’s not something we do just for the money; it’s what we know. My father was in the same line of work, and I just sort of followed in his footsteps. We have a small, dedicated team that’s been together for a long time. We don't bother with expensive advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because someone they know recommended us. We work on both houses and commercial buildings. Every project has its own set of problems, whether it’s a delay in getting permits or the price of steel going up. We just try to be upfront about those things. There’s no point in making excuses. Our office is usually full of maps, rolls of paper, and people coming in and out. It’s a bit chaotic, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Uttar Pradesh. We just want to do a job that we can be proud of when we drive past the building later on. We are just local builders who take our work seriously.
