We aren't experts at everything, but we know how to handle the local paperwork and the people involved in construction. There’s no big corporate vibe here. Just a couple of us making sure things move forward. We talk to the neighbors and keep an eye on the market. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking measurements. We keep things honest and simple.
