We run Jai Bajrang Tour -travels And Property from our office on Balkeshwar Road. We are right there opposite the ITI, which makes us very easy to find. It’s a busy road, and we get a lot of noise from the traffic and the students across the street. We decided to do both travel and property because that’s just how things worked out for us. Some days I’m talking to someone about a bus ticket to a temple town, and the next hour I’m jumping on my scooter to go show a small plot of land to a family. Our office is a bit of a mix of these two worlds. We have posters of different holiday spots on one wall and maps of local neighborhoods on the other. It’s not a polished corporate office. The chairs are mismatched and there is always a layer of dust that comes in from Balkeshwar Road. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just try to help people find a good way to travel or a decent place to put their money. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. My brother helps out with the travel bookings while I usually handle the property side of things. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the people and the land pretty well. It’s a simple life, and we like the variety that comes with running two different businesses from one desk.
