We are located at 58, Kalindi Puram, right off Mau Road in Dayal Bagh. Ikigai Developers Llp isn't a huge operation, just a handful of us trying to make a living. The office is in a decent spot, and we like being part of the local scene here. Most of our days are spent looking at plans or talking to people about various projects. It gets busy, and sometimes the trash doesn't get taken out as often as it should because we’re caught up in something else. We aren't the type of people to give you a sales pitch. We just tell it like it is. If something is going to take two weeks, we say it’ll take two weeks. Honesty seems to work better than pretending everything is perfect. Dayal Bagh is a good place to be based, even if the traffic on Mau Road can be a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve had some good days and some tough ones since we started Ikigai Developers Llp. That’s just part of the deal when you work for yourself. We don’t have a fancy website with stock photos; we just have our office and our reputation among the locals. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us. It is just a normal life for us here at the office.
