Gopal Hair Drasser

Gopal Hair Drasser is located in the Balkeshwar area of Agra. We are right by the Lohia Ngr Chraha, not far from Chunni Lal School. Most people around here use the school or the crossing as a landmark when they are giving directions. Our shop is a small, local place where we do haircuts and shaves for the neighborhood guys. It has been here for a good number of years. We have a couple of chairs and some basic tools that we use every day. It is not a fancy salon, just a place to get your hair cut without any fuss. The walls have some old pictures on them and the floor is usually covered in hair until we sweep it at the end of the day. Agra can be very hot, so we keep the fan running all the time to stay comfortable. We know most of our customers by name since they have been coming here for a long time. We chat about the local news or whatever is happening at the market nearby. It is a simple setup and we like it that way. We do not take appointments, you just walk in and see if a chair is free. Sometimes there is a wait, but people do not seem to mind the wait. If you are near Lohia Ngr Chraha, you will probably see our shop. It is just a normal part of the street.
