Our office is tucked away in Ganga Vihar Colony, right on Dhandupura Road here in Agra. It’s a pretty busy area because we aren't too far from the tourist spots in Tajganj, but our street is more of a regular neighborhood. We spend our days looking at food processing methods and helping different businesses figure out their technical side. It's mostly about making sure food stays fresh and safe. The building at A-5 is where we do all our thinking and planning. It’s not very large, but it works for what we do. We drink a lot of tea while staring at reports and food safety guidelines. Agra can get incredibly dusty and the traffic on Dhandupura Road is often a mess, but we’re used to it. We don't really do the flashy sales thing. People usually find us when they have a specific problem with their food production or need some advice on technology. We have some computers, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of knowledge about how food factories should run. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the noise of the city outside. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in Uttar Pradesh, so we just wait it out. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on the details of food science without any extra fuss or corporate talk. We just like solving problems.
