Chandramohan Construction Private Limited is based out of Village Lakhanpur. If you know the Sikandra area in Agra, you can find us at 81/A. We’ve been operating in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a while now. Most of our projects are right here in the local community. We aren't some big corporate office from the city center. We’re just local people who know how to build. The work involves a lot of time on the ground, looking at foundations and checking walls. Agra is a place with so much old history, but we mostly focus on the new houses and structures people need today. Sometimes it is hard to get trucks down the smaller village roads, but we make it work somehow. We don't have a big staff with receptionists and sales people. When you call, you usually talk to one of us who is actually working on the site. We don't really use those glossy brochures you see other companies using. We just show people what we’ve already built in the neighborhood. It’s a practical way to run things. Every day is different. One day we are worrying about the rain and the next we are trying to find enough sand for the mortar. It’s a busy life but it’s a good one. We just want to keep doing our work and helping the village grow bit by bit without much fuss.
