Broadleaf projects operates out of a house in Dauji Vihar, which is over in the Bodla area of Agra. We are located near Rahul Nagar, and finding us usually involves looking for Khasra No. 453. It’s a local neighborhood, so it doesn’t feel like a typical business district. We started this LLP to handle various local projects and developments. The office is really just a converted part of the house where we keep our files and computers. Since we are in Agra, we deal with the heat and the usual local traffic daily. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting different sites. It’s a hands-on kind of business where we have to see things for ourselves to make sure they are going right. There are only a few of us, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be talking to a lawyer about land papers, and the next you’re checking on a delivery of bricks. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by knowing someone who worked with us before. It is a slow and steady way to build a business, but it feels more honest to us. We just try to do a decent job and stay on top of the local regulations. It takes a lot of time and patience to get things right here.
