Our office is in Sanjay Place, specifically Block No. 17/2/4 inside Friends Wasan Plaza. Agra is known for many things, but we just focus on the development side of the city. Sanjay Place is always buzzing with people and business. It is a good spot to be in if you want to stay in the loop. We deal with property and development projects. It is a lot of paperwork and meeting with different people. We are not a huge team. We share the space and keep things simple. We do not have a big reception desk or people in suits. Most of the time we are in casual clothes, just trying to get through the list of things to do. Agra has its own rhythm, and we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend time looking at different sites around the city. The plaza is quite central, so it is easy for people to drop by. We have had some good days and some really long ones. Development is a slow process, I guess. You have to wait for everything to align. We just keep pushing things forward. There is nothing particularly special about how we work. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It is about building things that last and keeping the local projects on track. That is what we do at Friends Wasan Plaza every day.
