Engineering and civil work isn't always pretty; it involves a lot of grit, dust, and long hours under the sun. We focus on the actual building process rather than sitting in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of us are out on the sites, checking the work and making sure the engineering specs are being followed by the crew. It’s a local operation, so we know most of the suppliers around here by their first names. We don't have a big team of sales people or marketers. Instead, we have people who know how to use a level and read a complicated blueprint. The streets in Dayal Bagh can be narrow, so getting heavy equipment in and out is sometimes a real headache for us. We've dealt with all sorts of issues over the years, from late deliveries of cement to technical hiccups on the construction site. It’s just the nature of the business we are in.
