You’ll find us at Cs 9 in Rashmi Palace. We’re right there on the NH2 in Kamla Nagar, not far from the ICICI Bank. Agra Bus is a name people recognize around here because we’ve been sitting on this highway for a long time. It’s a busy place to work. The NH2 never really sleeps, so there is always a bus or a car moving somewhere. We spend our days managing the schedules and talking to people who need to get across the state or just across town. Our office is simple and functional. There is always a pot of tea going and some paperwork on the desk. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and making sure the drivers know their routes. Sometimes the buses need work, so we spend time at the garage too. It’s a lot of manual work and tracking things by hand. When someone walks into Rashmi Palace looking for a ticket, we just give them the straight facts on timing. Traffic on the highway can be unpredictable, so we try to be realistic. We’ve been through many seasons here, from the boiling summers to the foggy winters. Through it all, we just keep the office open and the vehicles moving as best as we can. It is a long day usually, but we are used to the rhythm of the highway by now.
