We are located in Agra, specifically at Plot Number 2 in Om Vihar Colony. It’s over in Bahistabad near Sikandra. If you are familiar with the Khasra numbers, we are at 1038. It’s a decent spot, away from the heavy tourist traffic of the main city. We deal with real estate portfolios and property management. It’s mostly about keeping track of where things are and who is doing what. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks and a lot of maps of the local area on the walls. Being in Sikandra means we see a lot of the newer developments popping up. We spend our days talking to people about land and houses. It’s not always easy work because things can get messy with paperwork in the local offices. We just try to keep things moving. We aren’t some big corporate firm from Delhi; we are just local folks working in Agra. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a quiet life mostly, just focused on the jobs we have in front of us. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help people figure out their property stuff. That’s basically it for us at Abode1St. We have been in this colony for some time and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It is a good place to work and the tea nearby is actually quite good.
