Sri Vinayaka Earth Movers

We are over here in the General Housing Colony in Rebbena. Our place is house number 1-133/4. Most people around Komrambheem know where we stay because of the machines parked nearby. It is just us working with the earth moving equipment, helping out with digging and clearing land whenever someone needs it for a new build or just cleaning up a plot. Sometimes the machines get a bit noisy, but that is how it goes when there is work to be done. We have been in this spot for a while now. The yard gets pretty dusty during the summer months, but we try to keep things tidy enough. We don't have a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It is just a regular house where we handle the calls and keep the keys. When the phone rings, it is usually someone from the village or nearby asking if we have a backhoe free for the day. Writing things down in a notebook is how we keep track of everything before heading out. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Most of the time we are out on a site anyway, so the house is quiet until the evening. If you walk past the colony, you will probably see one of the yellow machines sitting there. That is basically all there is to it. We just do the job and go home to the family. It is a decent way to live, I guess.
