Baba Sai Earth Movers

Our place is H. No. 3-75/1 in Sawapur village, which is located in the Jainath mandal of the district. We’ve got the earth-moving equipment sitting right there in the yard. It’s not a big company or a corporate office. It's just us and our machines doing the work. We do a lot of small jobs for local farmers, maybe digging a new pond or leveling some ground for a storage shed. The machines take a lot of daily maintenance to keep them running. I spend most of my weekends greasing the joints and checking all the hydraulic lines for leaks. Jainath is a nice area but the work can be physically draining for us. We start very early in the morning before the sun gets too high in the sky. Sometimes we have to move the heavy machines to different sites which is a very slow process on these narrow roads. We don't have any fancy brochures, websites, or a sales team. If someone needs work done, they usually just ask around the village and someone eventually points them to our house in Sawapur. We've lived in this house all our lives, so we know the local land and the soil types pretty well. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide the machines and the labor for whatever digging needs doing for the neighbors. It is hard work but it is ours.
