Airro Engineering Company is out in Gidc-Manjusar, specifically at Plot No. 476. Savli is a bit of a drive, but it’s a good spot for an engineering shop. Plenty of space exists for our machines and the materials kept in stock. Engineering work is mostly about precision, but our workshop looks like a real workshop—there are shavings on the floor and tools on every bench. Polishing everything for visitors isn't our priority. Getting the parts out the door is what matters most. The guys here have been working with lathes and mills for years. Sometimes the rain makes the road to the GIDC a bit messy, but we still show up every day. Various mechanical components for different industries around here are made on site. A lot of measuring and double-checking goes into the day to avoid mistakes. No big corporate ladder exists in this building. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over tea and fix it. Manjusar is where we stayed because it’s quiet and has enough room for us to move around without bumping into each other. Right now, keeping the machines running and meeting the local demand is enough. It’s a steady rhythm that we enjoy. Promises we can't keep aren't made here. We just take the drawings, look at the metal, and get started on the job. No big talk needed, just results.
