Sharp Engineers (1)

Sharp Engineers (1) is over here at Plot No. L 4108/1 in Phase-4 of the GIDC area in Vatva. If you know this part of Vatva, you know it gets pretty busy with all the trucks moving in and out. We spend most of our hours inside the workshop dealing with the daily tasks. It’s a lot of metal and grease, to be honest. We’ve got our machines set up in a way that works for us, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. The floor is usually covered in shavings by lunchtime. We don't spend much time on paperwork unless we have to. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands for years. We just take the drawings or the parts people bring in and see what we can do. Some days are smoother than others. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the day fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of the life here in Phase-4. We don't have a receptionist, so you usually just walk in and find someone at a bench. It’s noisy and hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We've been at this spot for a good bit of time. It's nothing fancy, just a solid place to work. We try to stay busy and keep the overhead low.
