Kishore Engineering Works

Kishore Engineering Works is a small shop located at Plot No. 3703/H, Phase-4, GIDC, Vatva. We do a lot of mechanical work and fixing of parts. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. If you aren't careful, you’ll trip over a spare part or a toolbox. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We get our clothes oily and our hands are rarely clean. That is just how engineering works. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or just figuring out why a certain piece of metal won't fit where it’s supposed to. The guys in the shop are good at what they do, even if they don't say much. We have a rhythm to the work that keeps us going from morning until evening. At Plot 3703/H, we don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. Usually, that person is busy with a lathe or a welding machine. We try to keep the noise down for the neighbors, but it’s hard when you’re working with heavy metal. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the parts are sturdy. It’s simple, honest work that requires a bit of patience and a lot of elbow grease. We’ve been here in Vatva for quite some time now.
