Evershine Residency

Evershine Residency is located right on Srm Road. It’s a busy street, but once you get inside the main gates, things usually quiet down a bit. We’ve been managing this place for quite some time now. It’s a residential building where all sorts of families and working people live their daily lives. There isn't much to say about us other than we try to keep the hallways clean and make sure the lights are always working. Living on Srm Road means everything is close by, which is why people like to stay here. You can walk to the local shops or catch a bus without any trouble at all. We have a small staff that looks after the maintenance tasks. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb flickers out in the stairwell, and we just go and fix it as soon as we can. It isn't a five-star hotel or anything, just a regular place for people to have a roof over their heads. Most of the residents know each other by name after a few months. We see people coming and going for work every morning. We don’t have a big corporate office or a polished marketing team. It’s just us here on the ground, making sure the building stays in one piece. Srm Road can get pretty noisy during the local festivals, but that’s just city life. We’ve seen many neighbors come and go. It’s a simple life.
