Working out here at the Panchratna Industrial Estate means a bit of a drive every morning. We are located at No 8, right near the Neesa Agritech place. The Sarkhej-Bavla highway is always busy with big trucks going back and forth. You can hear them from the workshop all day long. Changodar is a dusty place, especially in the summer, but it is where all the engineering happens. We spend our time working on machines and parts. The floor of the shop is usually covered in metal shavings and some oil. It is a real workspace. We have a few big machines that take up most of the room. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of people who know how to handle tools and fix things. When we started Power Crafts Engineers, we just wanted a place to do our work without a lot of fuss. We deal with other businesses mostly. They bring us a problem or a part that needs making, and we figure it out. We eat our lunch together near the back door where there is a bit of a breeze. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we like seeing a project finished. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. The work speaks for itself if you look at it. There’s no need for anything more than that, really.
