Zandu Engineering Works

We've been here at number 10 in Industrial Estate-II for quite a while now. Most people know us because we're right near Janta Kanta. It’s a busy spot, always noisy with the machines running. We started Zandu Engineering Works because there was a need for someone to handle the metalwork and repairs around here. My father was the one who really got things moving. He taught us that if you just do the job right, people come back. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the workshop floor and some grease on our hands. The roof leaks a bit when it rains hard, but the machines stay dry. We mostly deal with local folks who need parts fixed or something custom made for their shops. Sometimes it gets stressful when a machine breaks down and everyone is waiting, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and work. The traffic near Janta Kanta can be a real pain in the morning, so we usually get in early to beat it. It's just a regular engineering shop doing what we know how to do. Nothing too special about it, just honest work day in and day out. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we're still sitting here in the same spot. It’s been our home for a long time. We plan on staying as long as there’s metal to cut and machines that need fixing. It’s a steady way to live and we enjoy the people we meet.
