Up here on Tejli Stadium Road, things stay pretty active, especially when there’s a game or something going on at the stadium. At Jagjeet Cooling Ind., we spend our days surrounded by parts and machinery. The shop floor is usually a bit of a mess with tools and cooling units in various states of being worked on. It gets hot in here during the summer months, which is ironic considering we deal with cooling, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We don’t really have a front desk person, so whoever is closest to the door usually helps whoever walks in. People often drop by asking for advice on their equipment or looking for a specific part they can't find elsewhere. The road outside can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but we've got our little spot carved out. We’ve been fixing and selling these units for years, so we know the quirks of the different models. It’s a family-style environment where we just talk plainly and get to the point. We aren't big on corporate meetings; we just figure out what needs to be done and do it. Most of our tools have been with us since we started. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the Tejli Stadium Road community. It feels like home to us, even with all the grease and noise. We just keep our heads down and work hard every single day to get things fixed.
