Majhgaon Jhumur Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are just a group of farmers here in Majhgaon. It started out at Jagjeevan Pan’s house in Khairpal. Things around here have been the same for a long time, but we figured if we worked together as Majhgaon Jhumur Farmers Producer Company Limited, maybe we could manage our crops a bit better. Most of us have been farming these fields since we were kids. It’s hard work, especially when the weather doesn't go our way. We deal with seeds, fertilizers, and trying to get a fair price for what we grow. It is not some fancy operation with big offices. We mostly meet up near Pn 874 and talk about what needs doing for the next season. Prahalad Pankn’s family has been here forever too. Sometimes we just sit and figure out how to transport the harvest without losing half of it. It’s just us local folks trying to keep the farms going. You know how it is in the village, everyone knows everyone and we share the tools when someone’s tractor breaks down. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure our families have enough and the land stays healthy. There is a lot of mud and a lot of sun, but that is just farming life for us here in 833214. We do our best with what we have and keep moving forward every single day.
