We are based over here at Q.No Srt 279 in Jhinkpani. Most people know where the post office is, and we're right around there in the West Singhbhum district. It’s been quite a while since we set things up in Jharkhand. Life here is pretty straightforward, mostly revolving around the work at the plant. We don't really have a big fancy office, just a regular space where we handle the daily stuff that comes our way. Some of us have been living in the staff quarters for years now. You get used to the dust and the noise of the trucks coming in and out at all hours. It’s just how things go in a place like this. We focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can get home to our families. The weather gets quite hot during the summer, which makes the outdoor work a bit harder, but everyone just keeps at it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over time, but the core of what we do remains the same. Not much to tell really, just a group of people doing their jobs in this corner of the world. It isn't always exciting, but it is steady work. We deal with the logistics and the paperwork that keeps the wheels turning. If you're looking for us, we are just past the main gate area. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy, but we manage to get things done anyway.
