We've been here at the Chaibasa Cement Works in Jinkpani for quite a while now. Most people around Singhbhum know the spot, right near the post office. It's a busy place and there is always something going on with the trucks and the crew. It gets pretty dusty, but that is just part of the day here in Jharkhand. We aren't trying to do anything fancy, just doing the work that needs to get done every morning. Some of the guys have lived in this area their whole lives. You might see us around after a shift just grabbing a tea. The building itself has seen better days, but it holds up and serves its purpose for what we do. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big front office with shiny floors or anything like that. Instead, you'll find desks piled with papers and people who actually know how the machinery runs. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when the rains hit this part of the state, but we manage to keep things moving. It is just a regular workplace where people show up and do their jobs. We like being part of the local community here in Jinkpani. There isn't much to say other than we are just a bunch of workers trying to keep the plant running steady. If you are looking for us, we are just down the road from the main station. It’s nothing special, but it’s ours.
