Jhinkpani is a place where you really see the core of the industry. We are located right here in Jharkhand, 833215. Acc Limited has a long presence in this area, and our office is right in the thick of it. It’s not a fancy town, and our office reflects that. It’s a rugged, practical space where we handle the logistics of the operations. There’s often a bit of dust in the air from the nearby works, and the sound of the trains moving materials is something you just get used to. Inside, it’s pretty simple—just some sturdy desks, a few computers, and a lot of ledgers. We don't have a lot of visitors from out of town, so we don't feel the need to dress things up. It’s mostly just us and the local workers. We spend a lot of time making sure the schedules are met and the supplies are where they need to be. Life in Jhinkpani moves according to the needs of the plant. We start early and usually finish up when the sun starts to go down. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, and we take pride in just being a solid part of the team for Acc Limited. There are no big speeches or marketing plans here. We just deal with the reality of the work every day. It’s a straightforward life, and we wouldn’t have it any other way in this part of India.
