Acc Ltd

We’ve been settled in at Trt 121 in the Acc Colony for quite a while now. This place is part of the Chaibasa Cement Works, tucked away in the Jhinkpani area of Jharkhand. Life in the colony has its own rhythm, and most of us here at Acc Ltd have grown used to it over the years. We wake up early, maybe grab a quick tea, and then it’s off to the works. The walk isn’t long, but you can always feel the presence of the plant. It’s a dusty job, and that’s just the reality of cement, so nobody complains much. We see the same faces every single day, from the post office staff in Jhinkpani-833215 to our neighbors in the next TRT block. It makes the whole place feel like one big, extended family. We aren't here to give you some polished corporate story. We’re just regular people doing regular work. Sometimes the Jharkhand heat is enough to slow you down, but the work doesn't stop. We focus on the tasks right in front of us. Whether it’s fixing something at the works or just keeping the colony area tidy, we just do it. There’s no fancy mission here, just the daily grind and the quiet evenings after a long shift. We’ve seen kids in the colony grow up and move on, while we stay here at Trt 121, keeping things moving.
