Surya Marine Exports is located at R.S.No.130 in Yanamadurru. Being in the marine export business means we are always dealing with the water and what comes out of it. It’s a very specific kind of work. The site is a bit out of the way from the main town, which is better for the kind of operations we run. We have to keep an eye on the temperature and the logistics all the time. Yanamadurru is the kind of place where everyone knows what we’re doing out here. It’s not a shiny office building like you see in the cities. It’s more of a functional space with a lot of concrete and heavy equipment. We spend our time checking shipments and making sure the quality is what it needs to be for the clients. It’s often a bit damp around here because of the nature of the business. The workers here are used to the long hours and the physical labor involved. We don’t really go for fancy titles or big meetings. We just meet on the floor and decide what needs to happen next. The export side of things can be a headache with all the rules and forms, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. It’s just us doing our thing out here in the village area. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the daily grind without making a big fuss about the whole thing.
