We are located in Bhimavaram, specifically at Shivaraopet. The address is Dn 27-8-21/3. If you’ve been to this part of Andhra, you know it’s big on aquaculture. Our days start early, often before the sun is fully up, because that’s when the work with the fish and shrimp really happens. The air here usually smells like salt and water. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the local ponds and checking on the harvests. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the logistics side of things, making sure the exports are ready to move. Our office isn't anything special; it’s mostly just a place to keep the paperwork and take calls. We have to keep a close eye on the temperatures and the timing of everything. If things don't move fast, it’s a problem. There are stacks of crates and ice packs lying around quite often. We’ve got a few people handling the accounts and others who are out at the sites most of the day. It’s a lot of coordinating over the phone. The weather can be tough, especially when it rains hard, but the work doesn't really stop. We just deal with the daily challenges of the export business. It’s about managing the flow of the product from the water to the containers without too many delays.
