You can find us in the 4th Lane of Santhi Nagar here in Eluru. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time, except when school starts and ends. We have been operating out of this building for some years now. The teachers we hire usually live close by, so they understand the local families well. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Instead, we just focus on the lessons in the classroom. The school building has enough rooms for the different grades, and we try to keep it as clean as possible. Sometimes the rainy season makes the lanes a bit messy, but we manage. We have a simple way of doing things here. The kids come in, they do their work, and we make sure the teachers are following the plan. We keep the office hours regular so parents can stop in after work if they need to talk about something. It’s not a complicated place. We just want the students to get through their exams and learn the basics properly. Eluru is a decent place to work, and Santhi Nagar is a good spot for a school. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and get on with the day’s work. There’s always some paperwork to do or a desk to fix, but that’s just how it goes.
