Western Ent Clinic

We are tucked away over at S-1/194 Old Mahavir in Tilak Nagar. It is not the biggest clinic you will ever see, but we have everything we need for ears, noses, and throats. Tilak Nagar is always loud and full of life, so finding a quiet moment at Western Ent Clinic can be a challenge sometimes. The waiting area is small, just a few chairs against the wall, and the paint is peeling a little near the window. We don't mind much because the focus is on the patients. I’ve been working here for a while, and it’s mostly just keeping the instruments clean and the schedule on track. Some days everyone shows up at once, and other days it is quiet enough to read the paper. We see kids with earaches and older folks who can't hear as well as they used to. It is just everyday stuff. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of managers. It is just us and the doctor. Most people who come in live right here in Old Mahavir, so we end up chatting about the local market or the new shops opening up. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a medical office. We keep our notes in folders and try to make sure nobody waits too long. It’s just a small, local spot doing its thing.
