You’ll find us at J115 in West Patel Nagar. It’s a straightforward location in a residential block. We focus on ears, noses, and throats, which keeps us pretty busy. The clinic is set up in a way that’s easy to navigate, even if you’re feeling a bit under the weather. We see a lot of kids with ear infections and older folks who are having trouble hearing. It’s a steady mix of people from all over the neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of high-tech gadgets that we don’t need. We use the tools that work and have been tested over time. If you have a blocked nose or a sore throat that won't go away, we take a look and see what’s happening. The waiting room isn't huge, so sometimes it gets a bit full on Saturday mornings. We try to work through the list as fast as we can without rushing anyone. People appreciate that we don't talk down to them. We just explain what the problem is in plain English. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture is simple, but it’s a clean and honest place to get treated. We’ve been part of the West Patel Nagar community for a long time, and we plan on staying here. It’s just a local clinic doing its part. We’ve seen a lot of changes in West Patel Nagar, but we’re still here.
